Leadership Winnipeg
Develop a new understanding of our community (and yourself) through 10 monthly experience-based sessions. Board Connect is an optional second year of the program which matches you with a not-for-profit board.
Join the CODE Coalition
Join a group of fellow organizational leaders who share in a commitment to further diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. The Coalition serves as a platform for peer learning and exchange to discuss barriers and offer or receive support as we all work towards our collective goal.
CODE Resource Hub
The Resource Hub hosts valuable diversity, equity and inclusion resources online that are accessible to leaders at any time. In addition, if members have a commonly identified need related to DEI, we partner with relevant experts to create a resource that responds to the market.
