Annual General Meeting 2022-2023

It’s that time of year again! Join us for our Annual General Meeting on October 6 to look back at the 2021/2022 season. This year was the year of transition, collaboration and growth.

Next year, we are ready to bring a whole new Chamber, including celebrating our 150 Anniversary in March 2023. Stay tuned for more details! In the meantime, be sure to save the date and join us at our AGM in October as we send off our current chair, Liz Choi and welcome our incoming chair, Mark Jones.

In our 2021/22 season, we saw our CODE (Commitment to Opportunity, Diversity and Equity) programming flourish in its first year. Hosting the first ever CODE Conference, attended by over 200 leaders and community members to learn and grow. We expanded Bizzz.ca to include a number of new features and a total new look! Policy took a deep dive into topics like the upcoming civic election and the big topic of the year, inflation. And we can’t forget the 100+ virtual and in-person events hosted throughout the year, including speakers from Google and Tiktok!

Of course, none of our successes could have been achieved without the support of our members. We thank you for continuing to lead, connect and grow with us year after year.
