Recreational cannabis has now been legalized, and workplaces have to take steps to ensure that they are putting appropriate measures in place to address this new reality. This seminar will discuss the current state of the law as it relates to legalization of recreational cannabis, and how recreational use differs from medically prescribed use, and provide practical tips on how to address the safety concerns posed by drug use in the workplace.
