The Accessibility for Manitobans Act (AMA) Standard on customer service is now law in Manitoba. Along with other requirements, this law requires that all businesses and organizations train all employees and volunteers who interact with the public. The Human Rights Code, the Accessibility for Manitobans Act and the Customer Service Standard will be reviewed in this session presented in collaboration with the World Trade Centre Winnipeg and Society for Manitobans with Disabilities. Registered participants will receive a certificate stating that they have attended the Accessible Customer Service Standard training.
