ABOUT OUR PRESENTERS: 

Rachel Ganaden received her Masters in Brain, Behaviour, and Cognitive Science from York University in 2013 followed by her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Manitoba in 2020. In her role with RBC, Rachel is a Senior Relationship Manager with Commercial Financial Services at RBC. It’s been an incredible year filled with learning and the need to continually adapt to a rapidly evolving industry and work environment.

 

 

 

Duane Lamoureux is the leader of Winnipeg’s Tax practice and has over 25 years of experience advising  private companies on all forms of tax matters.  Duane assists companies design tax efficient business structures, implement corporate reorganizations, devise tax effective compensation strategies, review wealth and estate plans, analyze international tax matters (such as transfer pricing, US or Int’l tax), manage a tax audit or resolve disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency or the IRS. Duane provides clients with tax advice that goes beyond simple compliance. He understands the long-term impact of tax decisions, keeps on top of local and global trends in tax regulation and administration, and brings clients progressive tax planning ideas.
