MEET OUR PANELISTS:
Cassandra Carreiro is all about mixing creativity, passion, and purpose. As the heart behind Sharecuterie, she’s reshaping Winnipeg’s food scene with her love for the culinary arts and commitment to her roots.
Growing up in Winnipeg, Cassandra always had an eye for food’s power to bring people together. Sharecuterie started as a fun side hustle during COVID-19, but it quickly grew into a full-blown business that reflects her journey. Before diving into entrepreneurship, she worked as a psychiatric nurse, and that background in care has shaped the welcoming, inclusive vibe at Sharecuterie.
Located in River Heights, Sharecuterie is becoming a favourite spot for locals who appreciate quality and a personal touch. Cassandra carefully sources each ingredient, and her boards showcase the best local flavours. But Sharecuterie is more than great food—it’s about community, inclusion, and making space for women and Indigenous entrepreneurs in the industry. Through her work, Cassandra inspires others to celebrate their heritage, follow their dreams, and create a positive ripple in the community.
Reanna is the co-owner of Vibes Energy, a solar installation company, and the creative force behind Reanna Khan Creative, her brand photography business. Over the past five years, she has been building her ventures, testing countless marketing strategies—learning from both successes and failures along the way. Reanna’s passion lies at the intersection of sustainable energy and storytelling, using both to create meaningful connections. She firmly believes there’s no magic formula for success, but rather a recipe that improves with every attempt.
Marty is father to five children and a dedicated husband, PC gamer and passionate skier (both snow and water). Over 25 years, he’s taken Show and Tell from a one-person startup to a powerhouse that provides top-notch marketing services across North America, even catering to Fortune 500 giants.
Marty is inherently curious about all things “marketing.” His passion for learning has led to the discovery, creation and adoption of many technological advances in marketing technology. Whether it was building his first client website in 1998 or his first TikTok ad in 2020, he is always on the leading edge of what’s the next big thing. He has a natural ability to quickly find winning channels, SaaS platforms and technology for his clients.
With a B.A. in Economics from the University of Guelph and three decades of experience, Marty isn’t content just running his business – he’s investing in and mentoring the next generation of founders.
