ABOUT THE PANEL
Paul Van Walleghem is a manager at Lazer Grant LLP with over 10 years of experience. He works with many local not-for-profits and owner-managed businesses across a variety of different industries helping them find success and grow their business by preparing financial statements, tax returns and consulting on any matters that may arise from corporate structure, assisting with financing, preparing projections and anything else! Paul is also on the board of RMA Manitoba. In his free time, Paul likes to stay active playing hockey and traveling.
Ryan Rodgers is a seasoned Senior Account Manager at the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) with over 20 years of banking experience, including a decade dedicated to BDC. He specializes in working with entrepreneurs generating up to $10 million in revenue, providing expert financing solutions for a variety of projects such as commercial real estate, business acquisitions, equipment purchases, and working capital. Ryan’s extensive experience and deep understanding of the financial needs of small and medium-sized businesses make him a trusted advisor to his clients. Outside of his professional life, Ryan enjoys traveling and playing golf, always seeking new adventures and challenges. Connect with Ryan to leverage his expertise and support your business growth.
Tracey Maconachie is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience working with and for the government, specializing in business development and funding strategies. As the creator of numerous programs designed to support businesses, she has demonstrated a deep passion for helping small enterprises secure the right funding at the right times, utilizing her extensive knowledge of government grants and loans to foster sustainable growth. She is currently the CEO at WeMB, where she continues to drive initiatives that empower small businesses through strategic funding and development programs.
