ABOUT SPEAKER

As the President of Anchor Sales Knowledge, the Sandler Training Academy in Manitoba, Clint is often heard admitting to being a poor failure, but now he aspires daily to be a great failure.  There is a rule, in order to learn how to win, first you must learn to fail.

With decades of experience and education in traditional sales, marketing, and leadership roles, eventually it was apparent that the traditional career path wasn’t providing what was needed.  It became repetitious, it became un-fulfilling, Clint fell into what he calls the dreaded “Comfort Zone”.

After significant life changes, which included a time where Clint’s family sold everything they had to live on a sailboat in the Caribbean, life started to change.   The biggest and more relevant changes occurred when Clint opened his mind to learning new attitudes, practicing new skills, and implementing new behaviours.   Clint and his wife, Heather, now run Sandler Training in Manitoba.  They went from “Raise your Sails”, to “Raise your Sales”!

Sandler Training works with new and experienced sales professionals, customer care experts, sales leaders, business owners and non-selling professionals.  The clients we work with were frustrated with their sales results, maybe they didn’t have enough in the funnel, sometimes they just didn’t know how to properly build their business by connecting with the right people and the right clients.  Often our clients were annoyed when prospects took their quotes, their insights, their knowledge and their time but then seemed to fail with simple decency to let them know where the decision lies.  Ultimately, when things aren’t going well, it means that the bottom line, the money to take to the bank, isn’t what you need or believe it should be for your team or your company.

Sandler Training is all about re-enforcement based professional development training based on battle proven techniques, behaviours and attitudes.  We are not for everybody; we only work with individuals and teams truly dedicated to not being average.
