Learn how to implement an intersectional gender analysis specific to the work of human resource professionals. Using examples and discussions, we will review terminology that impacts the ability to implement GDA, help you understand the value of GDA, and how it relates to your work. You will learn to recognize how sex, gender, intersectionality and root causes can influence the outcomes of policies, programs, and legislation. Finally, we will work together to apply the GDA tools to a case study and provide practical experience in working with this method of analysis.
