Our online series is a select collection of Upa-Yoga, meditation, kriya and breath practices, which, unlike some of the more advanced Isha Yoga practices, can be taught in an online setting.
These have the potential to make a tremendous difference in your day to day life, especially during these challenging times.
Classes range from imparting immune boosting practices, as well as breath & meditation practices to support mental and physical balance and health.
And of the best parts is that You will be able to maintain these practices on your own after our session and refine and expand your practices with ongoing teacher support as needed.
