Relation and Trust is the second module in the Emerge Leadership Program.

Any leadership role requires credible, honest relationship building. In this module we study Embolden’s model of relationship formation and continuation that will establish the skills required to connect with your teams in a relationship of trust that ensures alignment, commitment and effective collaboration.
Though this is module 2 of the Emerge Leadership program attendees can choose to register for this independently of module 1. Registrants will maixmize their potential growth and development by participating in all modules.
