Travel day.
Day 1 (Oct. 5): Bogota
Transfer from El Dorado airport to the hotel (Residence Inn by Marriott).
Breakfast is included.
Half Day Bogota city tour. Duration: 4 hours.
Places we will visit: Barrio la Candelaria, Museo de Oro, Museo Botero, Plaza Bolívar y Monserrate.
Bogotá, one of the most dynamic cities in Latin America, has various activities for all ages and genders at any time of the day. On this tour, we will have a panoramic visit of the city and we will be visiting the most representative places.
Dinner at Andres D.C or similar. Andrés Carne de Res is characterized by being an exclusive restaurant where you can explore the traditions of each region of Colombia in a single space.
Hotel: Residence Inn by Marriott.

Day 2 (Oct. 6): Bogota
Zipaquirá and Guatavita full day tour. Duration: 10 hours – Lunch included.
We will visit: Municipality of Zipaquirá, Salt Cathedral, Plaza del Minero, Laguna De Guatavita and Pueblo de Guatavita.
Within the same route, discover two of the wonders that the country has very close to Bogotá. Some beautiful towns with colonial architectural designs: Zipaquirá and its old mine transformed into an impressive cathedral and Guatavita with its lagoon, recognized for its natural beauty and where we will thoroughly understand the legend “El Dorado”.
Dinner at restaurant Storia D´Amore or similar. Italian food.

Day 3 (Oct. 7): Bogota – Medellin
Transfer from the hotel to El Dorado airport to take a national flight to the city of Medellín.
Guatapé and Peñol – Typical lunch included.
Places to visit: Piedra del Peñol, Private Boat, Replica of old Peñol and Town of Guatapé.
Our main attraction in Antioquia: The Peñol stone. This 220-meter monolith contains 700 stairs which you can climb and marvel at the beautiful view. You can be the protagonist of an incredible photo session from the top of the stone to the cobblestone streets and colorful streets of the town of Guatapé.
Transfer from Guatapé to the hotel in Medellín.
Dinner at the hotel restaurant.

Day 4 (Oct. 8): Medellin
Full Day city tour. Duration: 8 hours – including lunch.
Places we will visit: Plaza Botero, Museum of Antioquia, Metrocable and Comuna 13.
In the morning we will visit the emblematic sites of the city and in the afternoon, we will hear about the social transformation by visiting one of the most particular neighborhoods with the help of the people who experienced its change.
Dinner at Carmen restaurant or similar.
We will transfer you the restaurant in one of our representative “Chiva” vehicles.

Day 5 (Oct. 9): Medellin
Tour of the Earth and its colors. Duration: 8 hours – including lunch.
Places to visit: Hydrangea crops, Hydrangea Collection, ecological trails and ceramic workshop.
A wonderful experience full of nature and lots of color. This incredible tour will merge the tones of flowers with Colombian ceramics, that is why the name: Tour of the Earth and its Colors. We will visit a field of white hydrangeas and an ecological trail full of mosses, anthuriums and bromeliads, along with the largest private collection of orchids in the country. At the end of this visit, we will go to Carmen de Viboral to learn how to paint the most famous tableware in the entire country.
Dinner at the Herbarium restaurant or similar. The backbone of the Herbarium menu are the herbs and spices that are incorporated into Colombian ingredients and cooking, always taking care of aesthetics and respect for the product. Their dishes also contain some recipes and flavors from other parts of the world, to give variety to the cuisine.

Day 6 (Oct. 10): Medellin – Coffee Zone
Transfer from Medellín hotel to the airport to take a national flight to the city of Pereira.
Coffee tour at Hacienda San Alberto. Hacienda San Alberto is the producer of the exclusive Café San Alberto, for this reason a series of experiences around this exciting drink have begun to be shared with coffee lovers. On the hacienda there is a magical place, among the coffee plantations is the San Alberto Terrace, a temple for special coffee and for the awakening of the senses. In this place the visitor will be able to appreciate and enjoy the San Alberto Coffee in the preparation method they wish and enjoy a memorable landscape. Lunch at Rio Azul restaurant.

Day 7 (Oct. 11): Coffee Zone
Salento and Cocora Valley. Duration: 8 hours – includes lunch at “Donde Laurita” restaurant.
The Cocora Valley is a natural landscape located in a mountainous valley of the Central Mountain Range of the Colombian Andes, specifically in the department of Quindío, being part of “Los Nevados National Natural Park”. It is the main home of Colombia’s national tree, the Quindío Wax Palm, as well as a wide variety of flora and fauna, much of it in danger of extinction and protected under the status of National Natural Park. El Valle, as well as the nearby town of Salento, are among the main tourist destinations in Colombia.
Farewell dinner at the hotel.

Day 8 (Oct. 12): Coffee Zone – Bogota
Parque del Café. Includes lunch at “Estación Gourmet” restaurant.
The National Coffee Park was founded by the National Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia and the Departmental Committee of Coffee Growers of Quindío and belongs to the Coffee Culture Park Foundation. It is a non-profit entity dedicated to the preservation of the cultural and historical heritage of coffee in Colombia, the promotion of cultural, recreational, ecological activities and the promotion of ecotourism in the region. As a theme and amusement park, it is filled with the splendor that its Quindian landscape offers, where we will find all the magic and history of the coffee culture.
