Why are we asking these questions?
Your responses will be confidential and will be internally used for the following purposes:
- To provide us valuable insight as to how we can tailor our CODE program and resources to meet your specific needs.
- To serve as a reflective exercise for you and your organization as you sign onto the CODE Coalition.
- To provide our third-party researchers baseline information on how far along CODE signatories are on their DEI journey. This will enable us to track progress over time to assess the impact of CODE on our city’s business community.
About our Evaluation Process:
The Winnipeg Chamber has partnered with Dr. Aynslie Hinds to co-develop and implement the plan to evaluate CODE. Information provided on this form and through other data collection means will be shared with our project evaluators.
About your Data Confidentiality:
Your organization’s individual responses will be kept confidential, accessible only to Sanjana Vijayann, Director of Diversity and Inclusion and Dr. Aynslie Hinds, CODE Project Evaluator, and is only accessible by other designated project staff on a need-to-know basis.
Individual responses will not be shared publicly. For reporting purposes, your responses will be combined with others who sign on to CODE and presented in aggregate; no individual responses will be identifiable in reports, presentations, or other content created to share information.
Note: A data sharing agreement between The Chamber and Dr. Aynslie Hinds clearly outlines how any information collected as part of the CODE evaluation will be accessed, stored, secured, shared, used, and destroyed.
