As we approach the end of another incredible year, we want to take a moment to reflect on everything we’ve accomplished together — and say THANK YOU. Our members have shown up with enthusiasm and engagement and made all the difference, and we couldn’t have done it without you!
Here are a few highlights worth celebrating:
- We moved into our brand new office at 200 Portage, in the heart of downtown Winnipeg, including our new “Honourary Winnipeg Chamber Way.”
- Once again, your engagement helped us achieve accreditation from the Chamber Accreditation Council of Canada, and we continue to rank number one on Probe Research Group’s Business Leaders Index.
- You are blowing up our LinkedIn! This past year, we have seen our LinkedIn following grow 20% and our engagement rate increase 328%.
- You showed up in numbers for our new programs and content. Joining us at our new networking series BizConnect and At The Table, and online through our new ventures like The Chamber Podcast and, by popular demand, our more frequent Chamber Connected Newsletter.
- We connected with 5,900+ members at over 20 member locations during events, councils and focus groups.
These numbers are more than just milestones — they’re a testament to the power of The Chamber community and what we can achieve together. Thank you to those who volunteered their time, participated in our surveys or shared our mission. Your contributions have helped us grow stronger and reach further in 2024.
While we celebrate the year, we also recognize the challenges many of you face, from navigating changes in policies and governments to adapting to evolving industry landscapes. We want you to know that we are here to listen, advocate on your behalf, and provide the support you need to thrive. Together, we will face these uncertainties head-on and continue to build a stronger, more resilient Winnipeg.
Now, we’re excited to keep building on our momentum as we gear up for an even bigger and better 2025. We have some fantastic plans and can’t wait to share them with you.
