Rosalie Harms, CPA, CMA, MBA has a background which includes extensive work in workshop development and facilitation combined with over 15 years of experience working with existing business owners and new entrepreneurs in a business advising, financial consulting and commercial financing role. She is the Chair of the Business and Administration Department at the University of Winnipeg, where she also teaches Accounting and Entrepreneurship.
