Lesley has an ability to bring an entire room with him on a creative journey, wherever their ideas may take them. As Chief Innovation Officer, this passion steers his innovation and research at the Campfire Union Inc.
Lesley’s experience is diverse.
He has worked along side Canada’s best curriculum developers and adult educators to produce training products in the areas of leadership, multi-generational learning, health and safety, and workplace mediation. He has worked with the banking, aerospace, manufacturing, energy, health, and social services sectors to solve education and training challenges.
Lesley co-founded Dojo Learning, an e-learning platform that was acquired by The Joint Venture Group in 2012. Today, his passion is The Campfire Union, a virtual reality company he co- founded. The first virtual reality experience he directed was Yana Virtual Relaxation and since then he has worked on many more. Currently he is directing ‘Lost Cities’, a VR table top card game, and a virtual folk festival 360 video experience. When Lesley is not working on projects for The Campfire Union he is playing synth noise music in a basement jam band with his two brothers.

As the Founder and CEO of Sightline Innovation, he has built a company focused on practical deep learning solutions for medical diagnostics and manufacturing. In a few short years, Sightline Innovation has already been successful at selling and deploying its deep learning products in commercial settings, and built a powerful technology force to support it.
Under Wally’s leadership, in early 2015, Sightline Innovation strategically moved headquarters from Toronto to Winnipeg. As the company continues to develop and expand, Wally remains committed to the vision and mission of Sightline Innovation; solving real world problems by harnessing the power of Deep Learning.
