The Art of Good Food takes place on Wednesday, May 16 at The Manitoba Museum’s newly renovated Alloway Hall. The event features a collective of Winnipeg’s top chefs who offer unlimited food tastings for our guests. We’re still working on our chef list for 2018 but in previous years, we’ve had chefs like Mandel Hitzer from deer + almond (he also does the dinner on the river and Table for 1200), Talia Syrie from Tallest Poppy, and Kyle Lew from Chew. The evening also features a variety of artists who do live art on-site, and have their works auctioned off before the night ends. All proceeds will support meals and programming at the Norwest Community Food Centre.
