Small Business Forum: Creating Inclusive, Diverse and Equitable Workplaces

Hosted on Hopin

Free to attend for Members

ABOUT EVENT:

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion have become a global conversation. Businesses with diverse teams and inclusive workplaces promote greater employee engagement, innovation, resiliency and secure 19% better financial outcomes than their counterparts who don’t ensure inclusive workplaces.

Learn and discuss with other small business owners how employers, organizations, and individuals can reassess how we contribute to advancing equity in the workplace. We look ahead to our vision – an inclusive and equitable workplace that ensures equal and full opportunity for all – and explore what we can do as employers and as a community to make it a reality.

 Key topics to be discussed:

· What does a truly inclusive workplace look like?
· Understand what a diverse and inclusive team is and the value in building such a workplace
·  Assess gaps and barriers employers face in creating a sustainable improvement plan of action to meet Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion goals
