The Retail Sales Tax is an 8 per cent tax applied to the retail sale or rental of most goods and certain services in Manitoba. The tax is calculated on the selling price, before the GST (Good and Services Tax) is applied. Find out when and how to apply it to the sale of your goods and services.
This session will provide you with an overview explaining the application of Retail Sales Tax for businesses operating in Manitoba. Whether your business is selling goods, providing services, or both, find out the registration requirements and how Retail Sales Tax applies to your business.
