With the guidance and expertise of Spring Creek Farm, Pork Chop will be a hands-on lesson on butchering a side of pork. Also included will be sausage-making, a taste of goods from Spring Creek Farm and a takeaway of 7-10lbs of local, pasture-raised pork.
