A group benefits plan is a great tool for attraction and retention of employees. However, many business owners have questions on the options and tax benefits available. This seminar will help answer those questions.

Attendee will learn the following:

1. Why group benefits are a tool in attraction and retention of employees (and what employees want)
2. The tax efficiencies and considerations of introducing a group plan (including a health spending account)
3. Answers on different retirement savings plan options available

Evan Morgan was named by Sun Life as a Top 50 up-and-coming Advisor in Manitoba / Western Ontario in 2016. Evan works with many clients helping to design group benefit plans for companies as small as 3 employees to 25 employees. Joining Evan is Reece Cretton (Group Retirement Director) and Jon Skaftfeld (Group Benefits Specialist).
