Robert Lowdon’s 3rd Art Show encompasses work completed over the last 3 years. The theme of the show “One Night Only” covers a series of photographs that were taken at moments of precise timing, unlikely for the same circumstances to ever happen again.
Robert Lowdon is a photographic artist based in the Canadian prairies. His work documents how humans interact with our ever changing landscape. The works are meant to show the cyclical relationship of our environment and the conflicts that lie within that marriage.
Often displaying light and dark mixtures to convey a message of both life and death. The struggle that we all face and the renewal that defines this ethos. In life there is light within the darkness, and darkness within light.

As the title suggests, this will only run for night. The show runs from 5pm – 9pm on April 3rd.
First Fridays in the Exchange is dedicated to bringing together artists, artist run centres, galleries, businesses and the public for a greater understanding, appreciation and promotion of the arts and the further development of a vital Exchange Area community.
