Leaders are faced with the challenge of addressing competing business needs with limited resources on a daily basis: regulatory needs versus entrepreneurial needs; task needs versus relationship building needs; quality improvement needs versus cost reduction needs. In this workshop participants will become equipped with an effective way to both analyze and creatively manage the tensions between competing needs participants face in both business and life.
