This seminar covers the basic requirements you need to consider when starting your own business, including:

1. Types of business organizations (e.i. home based business) and legal considerations
2. Name registration, taxation, licensing requirements
3. Financing options and more…

Nicole Fontaine is the Liaison Officer at the World Trade Centre Winnipeg and has been with the organization since 2014. Nicole has over 25 years of experience in customer service and management. She owned and operated a family Child Care Centre for over 9 years after which she began coaching non-profit organizations to setup Early Learning and Child Care facilities in their communities. Nicole completed a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology and Sociology and a minor in Political Sciences from the Université de Saint-Boniface. She also holds a Public Administration certificate from Red River College.
