Today’s youth are the leaders of tomorrow. We would like to bring them together to learn, discuss and initiate. We particularly want to hear what they have to say about:
Helping Protect Our Environment
High School students give us their BOLD ideas on the sorts of change they’d like to see, whether it’s related to:
• Managing waste – recycling and renewable resources
• Transportation
• Green buildings – sustainable building materials and LEEDS standards
• Protecting our rivers and lakes
• Energy efficiency and new energy sources
• Conservation/sustainability
• Food consumption (The 100-mile diet)
• Carbon credits
• Water re-use
• And more …
Each school is asked to:
• Select two (2) students as panelists to share their BOLD ideas with the audience (each to speak for 5 minutes maximum)
