2. Describe your ideal customers in written profiles that are tangible
3. Create specific profiles for each identifiable target group

She has an extensive background in workshop development and facilitation in the areas of entrepreneurship and professional development. Sherri is passionate about helping entrepreneurs find their motivation and achieving success.
