Growing a business successfully is not just about increasing sales, although that’s often where the conversation starts. Regardless of the stage of the company, sales growth will impact operations and finances, and may significantly change the roles of founders, executives and management. This session will explore the development of various growth strategies, while discussing the implications on other areas of the business. We will look at some familiar successful and not-so-successful examples.
