Due to the incredible demand for the workshops (sold out in both Winnipeg and 1 of the 2 Brandon sessions so far!) we’ve made the decision to add another session on July 11, 2018 from 9 to 12:30 in our Training Room. Cost remains at $299, and the feedback from our first session today is pretty great – folks literally left with a ready to launch policy and tons of new info.
We’re offering a workshop that provides our clients with a comprehensive drug and alcohol policy template, training, and in-session support to customize the policy to your organization’s needs. Priced at $299, this is a great value for a ‘ready to go’ policy, and is a significant saving as compared to hiring PFHR or other consultants for policy development. The session will be held on Wednesday, July 11th from 9:00 to 12:30 pm in our training facilities at 1403 Kenaston Boulevard.
If you have an existing policy, People First will review it prior to your attending the session to highlight any gaps with legalization. Whether you’re starting from scratch, or just need to double-check and update, you’ll be able leave after a half-day session with lots of new knowledge and a near-complete policy in hand!
Registration is limited to 15 members as we will be working in groups of 5 or less for policy customization to ensure one-on-one feedback from PFHR consultants.
Our half-day workshop will provide you with:
• 45 minutes training on Cannabis legalization
• 45 minutes on reasonable accommodation as it relates to medical marijuana and addictions
• 20 minutes on best practices when building policy
• A comprehensive drug and alcohol policy template
• 90 minutes of small group work to customize policy to your needs.
