How to truly assess and help employees, managers and the organization as opposed to being overloaded with “more issues” that don’t seem to get resolved.
What are the steps to effective mediation: when to use it and how to set the stage for the effective and best use of mediation (and to avoid the steps that will cause you more harm and headaches).
Specific scenarios of mediation so you can hone your skills and have your own blueprint based on your personality, skill set and confidence level – the principals are the same for everyone, but the application is different based on who you are and who is in front of you.
Specific scenarios of mediation allowing for the many situations and dynamics between parties, politics and potential resolutions (and pitfalls).
When and how to lead an intervention and investigation between parties that creates safety, trust and the ability to get to the bottom of issues so they do not resurface.
Conflict resolution tips to set the stage, build trust and de-escalate situations from difficult people situations to workplace bullying.
