Chamber Receives Accreditation With Distinction

In 2004, The Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce was one of the very first Chambers in
Canada to become accredited through the Chamber Accreditation Council of Canada.
Since then, we have successfully been re-accredited. Earlier this month, we received our certificate “With Distinction” for 2013-2015.
To be accredited, Chambers must meet a minimum of three out of five pillars:
- Administration / Operations
- Governance
- Membership Programs and Service
- Policy and Advocacy Development
- Strategic Planning
We achieved all five pillars and subsequently have been given the “With Distinction” designation.
